Bad experience. arrived on 2 March. First room AC broken level 4, second new room on level 4 AC fine, but around 6-7am, room start having Cigarette smell, although this is non- smoking room. please make the ventilation facility better hotel location is good, but AC system is terrible.

Took 2D 1N includes breakfast with my friend just to relax coz to overwhelmed with work. They have variety of breakfast. The room feels luxury and so clean. The bestest hotel in Pasir Gudang area so far.

I recently stayed at Elegance Grand Hotel in Johor Bahru and unfortunately, the experience did not meet expectations. Firstly, the bathroom door lock was malfunctioning and could not be locked properly. This is a serious privacy and safety concern that should be addressed immediately. Secondly, the air-conditioning was not functioning effectively. Despite being switched on for a long period, the room never felt properly cool or comfortable, which made the stay quite unpleasant. In addition, the water heater was not hot enough. The water was only lukewarm, which was disappointing, especially after a long day. The breakfast selection was average and quite basic. While it was acceptable, there is definitely room for improvement in terms of variety and quality. Overall, the hotel has potential, but basic maintenance and comfort standards need significant improvement before I would consider staying again.
