no toilet roll in the room on arrival. went down and asked for some and was told they'd send someone up. nobody came. waited hours just to take a shit. Shower was broken and bath didn't have a plug. literally couldn't wash. this place isn't near anything interesting. don't go here

The pictures on the hotel website seem to be quite old and did not fully reflect reality. The overall appearance was a bit worn and dilapidated in places. However, the room was a positive surprise: it was nicely large and we especially liked that the bedroom was separate. This significantly increased the comfort and peace. It was also a big plus that there was a washing machine in the room – this made everyday life much smoother, especially on a longer trip. The kitchen had a hob and other basic equipment, but what was surprising was that there was not a single frying pan or pot. So the kitchen was under-equipped, even though the facilities for cooking would otherwise have been there. In the area where it was possible to sit and sunbathe, there were unfortunately few sun loungers – only two, although there could easily have been room for at least five. The area also seemed a bit dirty. There was green vegetation at the water's edge and there was an unpleasant smell in the area, which spoiled the experience. The sauna was a definite plus for the hotel, which was a very pleasant addition. However, I would have liked a small refrigerator near the sauna, for example, to provide cold water. I now understand the comments in other reviews regarding the service. The service at the reception was not exactly bad, but rather indifferent. We were not welcomed and were not told anything about the hotel's services - the keys were just handed to us without any additional information. Overall, the hotel has potential, but it needs updating, better maintenance and more customer-oriented service so that the experience meets expectations and marketing.
