The guest before us at check-in says the room wasn't cleaned...gets a new room, even the unclean one! The only statement the person at the reception desk made was "Oh well" Nothing "We're sorry" "We apologize etc" The room we get is cleaned, but worn. The window's "hasps" are hanging on the last verse...we live on the ground floor with parking/forest outside. Easy if someone wants to break in. It smells musty inside our room. Extremely responsive. Bad information about using the Spa department. It should be clear that neither bathrobe nor slippers are included, but you have to buy or rent them for a lot of money. When we checked out it had snowed heavily all night (No surprise since they warned of heavy snowfall several days ago on this very day) but not shoveled outside the entrance to the hotel, nor to the car park. Despite all the criticism, we think. Nice view from some parts of the hotel, absolutely. The food was ok. The 3 course meal the day before New Year was better than the 5 course meal on New Year's Eve. In conclusion, considering what we paid for this stay, we are not completely satisfied.
