Positive experience, very central hotel, clean, with a good breakfast, above expectations, even if it rains the hotel even provides excellent umbrellas, Cristina at the reception is kind and always ready to give us advice on monuments and restaurants, I will definitely return to this hotel.

I'm a sensitive person, but the room was incredibly clean and nice! And most importantly, the staff were so friendly, I think I'll have fond memories of Rome! The receptionist, especially the lady at the breakfast restaurant, was so kind! I was so touched by her kindness. I highly recommend Damaso to Koreans.

Very friendly people at the reception desk, at the bar and the breakfast buffet. When we arrived Francesca was very welcoming and offered us any assistance we needed for our entire stay. When we went for breakfast the next morning the kitchen staff when out of their way to ensure that we had anything and everything that we wanted to eat or drink. The buffet was AWESOME! For anyone that wanted something extra, they offered eggs to order, omelettes to your liking. For a 3 star hotel, we found that the services at this hotel are excellent: very clean rooms and immaculate common areas. The terrazzo is always open and the views of the city are spectacular. Marco, at the bar, took very good care of us whenever we stopped for a drink in the evening. We could go on and on talking about how great this hotel was for our 11-day stay, but we just want to say our time in Rome was relaxing and enjoyable because of the professionalism of the Hotel staff. The centralized location of this hotel makes it ideal for visitors that want to be close to all of the sites in Rome. We are already planning our next trip to Rome and there is no doubt we will be staying at the Hotel Damaso when we return.
