An unforgettable stay in a true oasis. We spent a weekend at this small, charming hotel overlooking the city – and it was simply perfect. From the very first minute, we felt warmly welcomed. The rooftop terrace is a real highlight: with fabulous views and breathtaking sunsets that are simply unforgettable. The rooms are lovingly and beautifully furnished – cozy, stylish, and with a touch of luxury. A particularly nice touch: water and a delicious Arabic sweet were already waiting for us in our room – a small but wonderful welcome. Breakfast was simply amazing: fresh fruit, homemade cake, creamy omelets, and a wide selection of delicious dishes – all fresh and prepared with great care. You can tell that quality and enjoyment are paramount here. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and always smiling from beginning to end – every single employee went the extra mile to make our stay a truly memorable experience. In conclusion: A hotel that stands out not only for its location, but above all for its atmosphere, the service, and the small but thoughtful touches. We would gladly return – and wholeheartedly recommend it!

Our stay at Dar Fatma was overall okay, but there were several things that could have been better. When we arrived early in the morning around 7 AM (which the hotel was informed about), there was no one there to welcome us, and we had to wait a while before someone came to open the door. Luckily, we were allowed to check in early, which was nice and convenient. However, we didn’t receive any information about how the hotel works — nothing about breakfast, facilities, or check-out — which made us feel a bit unwelcome and unsure. The atmosphere from the staff wasn’t very warm or friendly either. The hotel itself is fine and has a beautiful location — the area is perfect and close to everything. The rooftop terrace is very charming and has a lovely view, but unfortunately, the pool was extremely dirty, full of birds and feathers, so it didn’t feel suitable for swimming. The beds were also quite uncomfortable and hard, which made sleeping difficult. In summary, Dar Fatma has great potential thanks to its fantastic location and nice rooftop, but the lack of hospitality and comfort made the stay less enjoyable.
