A very bad hotel – overpriced and poorly managed. Housekeeping was a disaster: Our room wasn't cleaned for five days, despite daily requests. Returning after a long day in Vienna to find a dirty room is simply unacceptable. The reception? Absolutely unreliable. Calls are ignored, especially when you urgently need help. The restaurant? Horrible. The food was terrible, and we got sick with stomach problems during the night. The management is the biggest catastrophe. Some employees don't even speak German, are completely incompetent, and don't solve a single problem, only avoid them. Leadership? Responsibility? Professionalism? Non-existent. Nice facade, terrible execution. This hotel lives only on its reputation, not on its service. There are many better options in Vienna – we would never stay here again.

Stayed here for 4 nights and I had a very good experience. The room was nice and clean and also well equipped. Breakfast had a wide variety of options. Communication with staff was smooth, they were friendly and very helpful. Overall definitely recommend!
