Great seaside view (if your room is facing the sea). Quite a convenient location too, its on the seaside while on the other side is populated with shop lots where you'll find cafes, restaurants, convenience stores, massage and spa along with a small shopping center within walking distance. The hotel lobby is an open air concept and the whole establishment does give that resort vibe. Breakfast is very standard for us, nothing special but can be fulfilling. It is more onto indian/middle eastern and western type of meals. if i have to rate this on the scale of 10, i'll give it a 5 Hotel dining menu is limited. Room is good for its price point and they have coway water dispenser on each level with hot and cold. Disappointing aspect is on the housekeeping service for us. I came into the room with only 1 towel while our room's phone is not working. Had to walk around the level and luckily found housekeeping team of 4 people in one of the room lounging around chatting and i ask for towels from them. Worth noting is that when they grab towels for me, it was from bunch of bundles in a trolley which i initially thought of as used towel. Housekeeping flip it nicely before handing it to me. Not a helpful impression since we initially had to wait quite late for the check-in (although was told that its the hotel policy to only allow check-in at 2pm). Moreover, there were used bedsheet etc left in front of our door when we reach our room after check-in (was removed later in the afternoon/evening). Not the most efficient housekeeping experience we've seen. Receptionists are helpful though. Facilities like TV etc might need some refurbishments and cleanliness can be improved

Very disappointing and unprofessional behavior from the hotel. We booked this property through Booking.com at a confirmed total price. Before payment, we contacted the hotel representative, who explicitly advised us to pay upon check-in, assuring us that the price would remain the same and that there would be no changes. However, upon arrival time approaching, we were informed that additional taxes and fees would be charged, making the final amount higher than the price shown on Booking.com. These charges were never explained in advance, despite us asking clear questions. When we asked the representative to clarify why this information was not disclosed earlier, instead of resolving the issue professionally, the hotel canceled our reservation unilaterally and blamed us for “making things difficult.” This is especially unacceptable as we were traveling with elderly family members, had already booked flights, and were left without accommodation at the last moment. This experience shows a lack of transparency, poor communication, and unprofessional customer handling. I do not recommend this property, especially if you value clear pricing and reliable reservations.
