The hotel staff was great. Very friendly and accomodating. The room was clean and true to it's picture. The indoor pool and hot tub ,were excellent! While it snowed outside we were able to stay warm and toasty while enjoying the pool. The breakfast isn't great, but it is passable and has the basic choices. The food is not very hot, but they do give you service with a smile. It is a good value for the price.

Worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. From the moment we arrived, this stay was a complete disappointment. Every single night we were woken up multiple times by people stomping above us. We complained to the front desk several times, and nothing was ever done. On one call, I was even interrupted and told, “Well, they just checked in, I’ll see if I can do anything about it,” yet the noise never stopped. The front desk staff were consistently rude and unwelcoming, which only made the situation worse. Prior to arrival, I called and informed the hotel that I had a dog and was told I could simply pay the pet fee when I arrived. When I got there, they suddenly claimed they had no pet rooms available, yet still allowed us to stay in a “non-pet” room. This made no sense, especially since all the rooms surrounding us had pets in them. I also paid for an 11:00 AM early check-in but wasn’t allowed into the room until 11:45 AM. Breakfast service was another disappointment. I asked for more yogurt, was ignored at first, then asked again. The breakfast attendant looked at me and said, “Give me a moment,” but never brought it. The room itself was extremely uncomfortable. The blankets were as thin as sheets, and the toilet paper was super thin as well — be prepared to bring your own. Overall, this was hands down the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Between the noise, poor customer service, lack of follow-through, and uncomfortable accommodations, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Save yourself the frustration and stay somewhere else. Unfortunately, it contains several inaccuracies and does not address the core issues of my stay. If my room was truly a non-pet room, it does not explain why multiple surrounding rooms had pets or why there was a noticeable pet odor in my room, suggesting pets had clearly been accommodated there previously. Additionally, when I called prior to arrival, I was never informed that I needed to specifically book a pet room. I was told I could simply pay the pet fee upon arrival. This miscommunication falls on the hotel, not the guest, and does not excuse the rudeness I experienced from staff. Regarding early check-in, I arrived at approximately 11:00 AM, not 11:15. Because of this, I purchased an 11:00 AM check-in. If you were able to accommodate me, then I should not have been charged for early check-in. Framing this as a courtesy does not align with what I paid for. The noise issues were not due to New Year’s weekend celebrations, but rather paper-thin walls and inconsiderate upstairs guests throughout the night. I was woken multiple times. At check-in, I was informed there was a noise ordinance starting at 10 PM, and no exception for New Year’s was communicated. While you may not “control” other guests, staff absolutely can and should intervene or offer accommodations when noise repeatedly disrupts a guest’s sleep. That did not happen. As for breakfast, my concern was not about delayed replenishment. My issue was that my request was denied and never fulfilled, despite waiting over 30 minutes. That is not a timing issue—it is a service issue. Overall, this response minimizes valid concerns and shifts responsibility instead of taking accountability. This was honestly the worst hotel experience I’ve had, and the lack of ownership in your reply only reinforces that experience.
