So this was a little different than most. Started out ok, quiet, we're nice at first, price what I thought on the low end. And then it started when I earned points to get a free room. So I got the suite which nothing about the word suite described the room. It was just a adjoining room with a full fridge and a coach from mid 60s. But it was a change and accommodating so no complaints. When I checked in I was given a 2 bed room then you Renew your room and suddenly getting charged for a room I never wanted. If you disagree the lastly just says dont like it we will throw you out. Not a single care about the guest. We'll fast forward they make all these promises like they price match but they only price match their own website and not on weekends. And their weekends according to manager is Thurs thru Monday. If your a long term there they do not adhere to the State of Kentucky transient law. Even after showing it ti them and explaining they shrug it off and say pursue it and they throw you out. After 45 days ive had enough so I am pursuing it and they wont be able to charge tax and not pay tax. Management thinks he is above the law. Housekeeping was phenomenal with what they have to work with. They are remodeling inside but didnt repair roof so mildew smell and hallways wreck of curry at all times. Infestation of roaches. If the owners were smart or cared at all about guests he would get rid of that awful manager and the lady who thinks throwing people out on a whim and talking horribly to them in front of others is ok. But from the no care attitude of ownership on the BBB and thinking they dont have to adhere to laws set forth by the commonwealth probably wont own long. Has potential but not with current leadership.

Rooms had Bed Bugs and after switching rooms and getting the same result I ended up leaving in the middle of the night and requested a refund for being bitten by bed bugs on both rooms they have not even called or refunded my money.
