one of the WORST hotels i have ever stayed in. the sheets were stained and dirty, the towels had hair on them when we got into our "clean" room. there's also no hand soap in the bathrooms as well. had to go up and down (3rd floor to lobby) twice because they did not have towels on hand. we called about people being loud at 2 in the morning in the room next to us and when those people did not stop talking, we called again and they said "we tried telling them to be quiet but we can move you to a different room." how is that fair to us. that's not a solution to the problem. worst hotel, save your money and go somewhere else (non refundable for a reason aka they suck)

First room they put us in was dirty my baby had to take 3 breathing treatments and had to miss school the remote didn’t work 🤦🏽‍♀️ they switched our rooms the next was clean but the shower head was filled with black mold and I had to come show them the picture in order for them to do something… housekeeping needs to do a better job because that was disgusting

I visit family often, and always looked at this hotel but never thought of staying there! I’m usually a person who stays in hotels by water or close to restaurants or things of my nature! My friend booked this room for us and we both was shocked! Clean and professional staff! Only thing I could say, when he booked a deposit wasn’t asked, but when we got there they asked for it and we haven’t got time it back yet! So waiting on that!
