The current rating for this hotel is honestly much higher than it should be based on our experience. First, the photos shown online look nothing like the actual rooms. The pictures make the property appear clean, updated, and well maintained. Unfortunately, the room we received was the complete opposite. The online images are very misleading and do not accurately represent the current condition of the hotel. When we first entered our room, it was clearly not cleaned properly. The toilet was filled with urine, which was extremely unpleasant to walk into. There were also visible stains on the bed, which immediately made us uncomfortable about the cleanliness of the room. After reporting the issue, we were moved to the room next door. While I appreciate that the staff tried to resolve the situation, the second room had its own problems. The lights were not working, and we had to ask the front desk for help to get them fixed. This was inconvenient and time-consuming after already dealing with the first room issue. There were also multiple maintenance problems in the room. The bottom of the door would not fully shut because it was bent. It looked like there were crushed bugs on the bed, which was extremely concerning. The trim along the floor is falling apart, there is visible rust inside the bathtub, and there are water stains on the ceiling indicating possible leaks or long-term maintenance issues. For $102 a night, this experience was absolutely not worth the cost. Basic cleanliness and maintenance should be expected at any hotel, regardless of price. I do want to note that the front desk employee, Anna, was helpful and polite while trying to assist us. However, the overall condition of the property made this stay very frustrating. The pool is closed although it’s stated to be open online. The pool is covered by plastic and has trash on top. I have taken photos of the issues mentioned above and will be attaching them as proof. Based on this experience, I do not recommend staying here. I will also be contacting customer service to request a refund.
