I set up a stay at this hotel recently so a kid could get to and from training for his new job, and so his dad would be able to get him to and from the training the cheapest way possible. The hotel staff were kind and considerate to them through their entire stay. Since I was the one booking, all the card information was in my name, but the room was under the father's name, causing complications during check in due to the third party trip discount website not disclosing my card information with the hotel, ending with me having to bring my information in to assure any room damages would be taken care of. The staff explained the issue to the father, and when I arrived to bring the information, they were friendly and educational with me as well. The staff allowed father and son their room key and to check in with out further issues despite not having the card information they require. Above and beyond customer service. Their breakfasts were hot and fresh each morning. They actually have eggs and sausage for their free breakfast! Unheard of now days. Their milk was always fresh as well. There was a complication with me having booked the trip into two different stays with the third party booking site, but again, they brought the issue to the father, who made me aware. I called and was politely told I had until check out time to try to figure out what happened and to fix it. I called back to assure the problem was resolved and had no further issues. They also allowed father and son to stay in the same room despite setting up two different stays. The staff never disrespected the lights out/do not disturb hanger. If they saw father or son in the hallway they always offered to clean up, get fresh towels, and change the sheets, but respected whatever father or son said was okay or not, and never made them feel uncomfortable during their stay. The every room entered smelled fresh and clean. The mattresses were soft, but didn't sink in or "crater" like some do. They had plenty of pillows, and they were soft and pliant. Over all a wonderful experience. 100% recommend.

This one was absolutely horrendous could not understand one another at all so I skipped the phone call entirely once I got there The guy that checked me in seemed okay and with personable outside of that I'm not sure there was any staff other than the women I saw in the morning after the screaming child they brought with them to work woke me up. Not to mention the awkward moment when the door opened up while I was still asleep and two people came inside my room even though I said I was sleeping and decided to talk amongst themselves and I guess clean something The rooms are kind of lazily remodel or decorated but they're nice enough and it's clean it's relatively quiet didn't really feel too welcoming again with the lack of staff or what have you so I never made it to the pool but it looked nice through the window

Staff was not friendly. We stayed 2 nights $113 per night. I received a receipt via email, the hotel added and addition $53 per night for hidden fees. We were charged almost $400 for two nights.
