Beware if you travel with a pet here, you'll get put in a nasty old room! The pictures on google are of the updated rooms mostly, and if you have a service animal or any animal with you, they put you in the not updated room. (I've traveled here before during the remodeling and it wasn't that bad, but now ? Absolutely disappointing.) Once getting into the room, I was hit with what smelled like sweat and pee? I don't even know how to describe it, then in the bathroom, no toilet paper.. thankfully my son is being potty trained so we had a roll with us but still..what the world ? Then the beds have crumbs... I could only tell my sheets have not been changed, not comfy either and then to wake up to ANTS crawling alllllllll over the night stand where we plugged our phones into, my water bottle sitting there 🤮 I'm not sure if we just got a bad room or if it's the whole not updated side or the hotel but definitely wouldn't stay again and would tell anyone with animals to STAY CLEAR ! And id like to point out the breakfast was disappointing to say the least! Cereal was (fruit loops?) Brown and stale, the waffle flavors are plain and pumpkin(its January) yogurt and coffee are about the only edible things.. oh they had oatmeal packs but cold milk and no microwave? Unless i just didnt see it ? Also got charged for my service animal too... which they said they would refund after I called but point being, I shouldn't have to point out ALL THIS ! If you updated one side of the hotel, why not try fixing the other half ? And why are service animals put in nasty rooms?? Sadly enough wouldn't recommend and won't stay again. Location got two stars because it's near some food and coffee.

Rooms are being remodeled so room availability wasn’t the best. Most the staff was great and except for Brenda, the Sales Director,. If you are going to talk badly about guests you shouldn’t do it out in the lobby where other guests are hearing what you are saying. You really shouldn’t do it when the guest themself can hear you. Not our fault we disclosed we had pets at check-in and staff did not charge us a pet deposit and then you decide to charge the deposit without giving us prior notification or receiving our authorization. Then we they when the charges get declined you decide to ban us from staying here again in the future for your mistake. Makes sense why their were not many guests staying here when other hotels had little to no vacancy even with higher rates.
