I’ve stayed in many hotels over the years—some budget, some high-end—but the customer service here ranked among the best I’ve ever experienced. Hands down. From the moment we checked in, the staff treated us with genuine kindness, respect, and hospitality. The manager was outstanding—professional, courteous, and truly went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. He didn’t just do his job; he cared. He was patient, informative, and helped us with everything we needed without hesitation. It’s rare these days to find people who still take pride in their work and treat guests like people—not just room numbers—but that’s exactly what you’ll find here. The front desk staff and housekeeping team were also extremely friendly and attentive. Any questions we had were answered quickly, and every request was handled with a positive attitude. The rooms were clean, the property felt safe, and everything was well-maintained. You can tell they care about their guests and their hotel. Breakfast was delicious, too!!
