You get what you pay for. Pillows were effectively couch pillow sized, flat and they did not have extra. Door to my room was clearly off center but I expected those things and they weren’t even my biggest issue. I booked this room because I drive four hours a day for work and became very ill on shift. This is also a new job for me where I’m in between paychecks, so when I told a family member how unsafe I felt driving home, he agreed to pay for the room. When I got here, they explained they only keep his card on file and that he’d need to fill out a cc authorization form, which I understand is standard procedure. However, the only way they had for him to do this was through an app that continued to crash and was not working. When I started to get upset on the phone with him because I was feeling so badly, the lady who I assume was the manager finally let him just send pictures of the front and back of his card and ID to the email, but not without raising her voice at me to say she would do so and was clearly not happy about it. At this time I had a trash can in front of me about to vomit on their couch. I am thankful that they worked with me, but the facts are that a business should always be ready to take money and should also be prepared in the event that software crashes. There is no reason why they shouldn’t have had a hard copy on file to send to his email, and I shouldn’t have had to sit in that lobby sick for 15 minutes with my car running. Instead of raising her voice at me and showing frustration, I should have been soothed and offered water while I waited. Instead I was told to make sure I put the bin lid back on the trash can on my way out. Customer service had something to be said for, and that’s me putting it kindly. As someone who comes from a hospitality background, if these were my employees, we would have had a documented conversation about what hospitality should actually reflect.

The hotel staff/front desk stole from me. They also have bed bugs!!!! Do not stay here! Days Inn needs to remove these people from their franchise! Worst hotel experience in my life. They took my deposit because I woke up to my period and some was on the sheet. $50 for a sheet ?? Absolute thieves. I have reported to corporate and next will be the BBB

If I could get zero stars, I would book through a third-party online was trying to be cheap because I just ended up homeless with my one year-old daughter. I was trying to go to the cheapest route so I got a nonrefundable. No exchange type room single queen bed well my door on the top floor looks like the only one that’s been kicked in a few times my fridge doesn’t work. The food I had bought for myself spoiled and I had no money left for food so I am now starving. They refuse to compensate me. I called and asked them to send up a new fridge and they have yet to do so and I’m staying here for a full seven days. I am currently on day four I think and still no new fridge still no compensation. They also told me that they would change my room. They have still yet to do that. I have already called corporate supposed to get a callback from them in seven days which I had called that first day so the day I check out will be the day they call me
