Good manager , good service

the people who ran the hotel were very kind and accommodating. the room was clean but the linens had some stains. other than that, great stay! i would stay here again

The room was warm. There was a bed. But the rest was not fitting even minimum expectations. There was no alarm clock. One outlet in the room worked. So you had to choose either the fridge, your phone or the tv. The tv turned on to a blank screen there were no channels. The mini fridge froze everything so pop was flat the next day because it froze overnight. The door leading outside had a gap between the door and frame. Were told to not use any auxiliary doors because of the heating bills to go through the lobby. Went to check in, the manager was on his phone said hello 3 times and he don’t answer or look up. Banged on the counter and he finally looked up and got upset that he had been startled. Blankets had holes in them that you could stick your fist through. Pillows were tiny sofa size pillows. There were multiple cans and bottles under the bed. Only stayed 2 nights instead of the 3. Told the manager the issues and he acted like no one had ever told him or complained. Upon checkout he said that he couldn’t discount the room because the card already ran. Didn’t offer any other resolution. After it took him 10 min to come to the desk to even check out. This stay was appalling to say the least. The picture on the website are not what you get in the rooms, or at least in the room that was given upon check in.
