The staff were absolutely extraordinary to deal with. We booked a big block of rooms for a sports tournament as part of a sold-out weekend at the hotel, and Kari and Suzanne went above and beyond time after time to attend to so much for so many so wonderfully!! I honestly can’t say enough about how thoughtfully we were all treated especially considering it was during such a busy weekend. Five stars isn’t enough!! Perfect location, super clean rooms, great pool, great breakfast as well!

Unfortunately we did not see Elsa😔 But shoutout to the employee who got us pics of the wigs. Big fans. Stellar pool slide. Hot tub smelled like fish, kinda yuck. (No fish were present in said hot tub)

Our stay here was not enjoyable. We went there to spend the day swimming with the kids and unfortunately the pool water was absolutely freezing cold to the point that my kids would not want to go in the water. All due to their outdoor hot tub, from people walking in and going out, the cold air would fill the entire pool area. Poorly thought through, they could use a trap door to keep the cold air out. The pool area was so cold that we ended up staying in our room the entire stay. Very disappointing and would not recommend staying here. I wasted my money going there. Not impressed especially when they advertise as it being a heated pool. I know I won't get my money back, but I will warn everyone about my experience here during the winter months. There are other things that we can complain about but it wasn't that big of a deal compare to the freezing water in the pool. The main reason we took the kids, to go swimming. Wasted my money and very disappointing. Sad sad sad.
