Very nice and Chic hotel the mixture of modern and old school masks it so special And what makes it more special it’s the service , from the door man to lobby the restaurant. The spa and all. I had the Pleasure to meet Mr Mohammed the Arabic man with Egyptian accent he is just what all this hotel needs. He noticed I’m Arabic and he helped for a visit around the hotel , I see in this gentleman a love for his job he was very happy to talk about the history of tue hotel and the brand , he is what this hotel needs to make it a glamorous experience, I just took the advantage and thank Mr Mohammed for his nice service at De L’Europe hotel , a thank you it’s not enough for his amazing charisma and presence, he literally know everything about the hotel from A to Z, it’s not very common, trust me I travel almost all world but never seen a person love his job and be happy with guest clients like this , for me what makes me come again to this hotel it’s about the service from Mr Mohammed 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

We hosted our wedding lunch at the Prinsenkamer and also stayed a couple of nights. The crew made a big effort to accommodate our requests, and provided us with impeccable service during the stay and the wedding lunch itself. The hotel is beautiful and doesn't feel outdated like how some older hotels are. The breakfast is great. The location is probably the best in Amsterdam. Thank you L'europe for beautiful lifetime memories!

We had a lovely stay over the holidays at this hotel. The service was warm, prompt and attentive. The morning breakfast overlooking the canal was a great touch with a number of buffet options as well as a la carte items you can order. The items we ordered from room service were just OK and if not in a pinch would consider other options. Additionally, they were very accommodating and sweet with my toddler including providing a stuffy, slippers and robe for him. The hotel has an old world charm and beautiful architecture, detail and design.
