I had a wonderful experience at this hotel, especially thanks to the amazing staff. The reception team was extremely friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with any questions or requests. They made the check-in and check-out process very easy and pleasant. I would also like to compliment the staff at breakfast especially Matteo.They were very kind, attentive, and made sure everything was well organized and comfortable for the guests. The atmosphere in the morning was very nice thanks to their great service. Overall, the professionalism and kindness of the staff really made my stay special. Thank you for the excellent hospitality!
