I paid for two nights' accommodation; the hotel seemed nice. The surprises came later. When I arrived, I brushed my teeth and there was a terrible smell and taste of decay, and the sink water was awful. Then the toilet and finally the shower were disgusting. It was as if brushing your teeth or showering with drinking water like that was completely unhealthy. I spoke to the person in charge, and they just told me they would replace the water bottles with new ones, implying that I should use them to brush my teeth, which I did. But I couldn't shower with water that smelled so unpleasant, so I decided to rent another hotel and leave that last night. When I checked out, I mentioned that I was leaving because the water smelled so bad. The second time I told another person who worked there, they didn't say anything. When I asked for a refund later, since I didn't stay the night because of the water problem, they told me they could give me more small bottles of water, as if I was going to shower with small bottles of water. I asked for a refund, and they refused. I received it, but it was a resounding no, and they only apologized and offered a discount for my next visit (obviously I wouldn't go back). It's also not my fault that the water in their hotel is so bad and smells so sewage that you can't even shower or brush your teeth. So I absolutely do not recommend staying at this hotel; on the contrary.

Delighted with the service, the staff were very attentive and the buffet at their restaurant was delicious. I give it 10 out of 10. Cristera took wonderful care of us.
