Excellent experience. I especially want to highlight the staff's outstanding service; they were always friendly and attentive. Before we arrived, they asked us our arrival time and tried to have the room ready before check-in, which they did. We were able to check in early, which was a great touch. The room for three was spacious and comfortable. The area is quiet but very well located: you can walk to all the main attractions in Florence, and it's also about a 10-minute walk from the train station. The breakfast is incredibly comprehensive, with options to suit all tastes. As a small improvement, it would be nice to add a bedside table near the single bed. Highly recommended!

I stayed at this hotel with my family in March 2026. The hotel is located 2 minutes from Piazza della Indipendenza, a 4-minute walk from the tram stop that takes you from the airport, and 10 minutes from Piazza del Duomo. The rooms are spacious and tastefully furnished. There is a mini-fridge, a kettle, and tea and coffee making facilities. I found the cleanliness impeccable and the staff excellent. Thanks to Giovanni, who made us feel at home.
