Pleasant surprise. Amazing customer service. Extremely professional and front desk check-in went above and beyond in every way. Just as I was giving up on Marriott…….Grateful to have come across this property. Great value. Felt like the missed SPG days!

The check-in was nice the lady that checked me in was very polite and friendly. If she had a name tag it would been nice so that way she could get recognition. The room was nice clean and very relaxing. They do have a guest laundry facilities located acted only on the 5th floor. but it’s very limited for this place 2 washers 2 dryers. very I mean very dated Whirlpools. One dryer was broke. I had no clue till my clothes got checked and still soaking wet. Tried breakfast really not the greatest but simple is the best most places. The young lady again no name tag not even a friendly gesture of good morning. Asked if I wanted a menu I did acknowledged her “yes, Please”. No sooner did she give me a menu did she respond do you know what you want or do you need to look at the menu. So I rushed and looked at the first thing. Ordered the Breakfast Burrito with potatoes. Plating was nice but cook prep decided to add salt and pepper to the potatoes them self, for which way to much sea salt there the breakfast burrito was ok tasted maybe a few crumbles of bacon used a tomato slice diced up and a few onions bout 3 to 4 eggs. The waitress never once interacted with myself or the other guest. I more felt like a burden for even asking for food and drink.
