Perfectly located, literally two steps from the Old Town and many amazing attractions. There's plenty of parking underneath the hotel. The view is beautiful on the roof, but don't be fooled by the rooms with a view of the Old Town. 🤣😂🤣 Overall, the standard is high, the service is good, and the breakfast has a wide selection...

The rooms are clean and well-maintained. Unfortunately, they are all carpeted with thick, high-pile carpeting. The hotel's location is really good. You can explore Prague entirely on foot from there. Unfortunately, there are also some negative points that prevent me from recommending the hotel. 1. When booking through Agoda, the room photos for the category we booked suggested that we would get a room with a view. However, upon arrival, we were told that a room with a view corresponds to a higher category. Changing rooms was not possible. 2. During the booking process through Agoda, it was clearly stated that all taxes and fees were included in the price. On-site, we then had to pay an additional, unexplained fee of approximately €12. It is standard practice to clearly indicate such things in advance on the booking platform. 3. While the breakfast selection was theoretically good, in practice it was a disaster. - If you arrived within 30 minutes before the end of breakfast service, some items were not replenished, even upon request. - The cheese and sausage had dark edges. It looked as if they had been sitting there for a very long time. - Hygiene was not a priority. The ladles and tongs used for scrambled eggs, bacon, or sausage, for example, seemed to have only been cleaned once at the beginning of breakfast service and consequently looked very unappetizing by 10:00 AM. - Overall, it seemed as if everything was purchased very cheaply. The food tasted and was of very low quality (cheese, sausage, juices, rolls, etc.). - Staff repeatedly touched clean cutlery with their bare hands. - Areas where spills were frequent were not cleaned. In some places, it looked very unappetizing. 4. We had a small special request: after the second night, not only would the bed be made up, but the bed linens would be completely changed. At that point, the lady at reception suddenly no longer understood English.

The hotel has a great location on a main street across from a shopping mall with attractions for children and restaurants. Spacious rooms in bright red for those who don't mind, and the breakfast is relatively basic but sufficient.
