Characterized by rooms with a pungent smell, sound-transmitting rooms, dilapidated bathroom facilities, and amenities that have been kept to a minimum. There are almost no amenities. Only a toothbrush, shaver, and tea bags are provided. There isn't even hand soap. Only two hangers for outerwear. The non-smoking room had a pungent smell that was a mix of pomade and exhaust fumes, which gave me a headache. The window didn't open and there was no air purifier provided, so the smell was unbearable. There was a howling-like noise from the refrigerator. There was no soundproofing at all, so you could hear the curtains opening and closing in the next room. Noises were so clear that if your neighbor woke up early in the morning, it felt like you had no choice but to wake up too. My room was away from the elevator, but the doorbell ding-dong could be clearly heard from inside the room. I couldn't fall asleep and was woken up early in the morning by noises. The room was well-cleaned. However, the bathroom facilities were in a terrible state, which was a real turn-off. The staff were polite. For me it was so painful that I don't think I'd stay there again even if I was paid.

It's a slightly older hotel, but it has a charming and pleasant atmosphere. The rooms were also quite spacious. The location is incredibly convenient; it's close to the Imperial Palace and government district, so it's surprisingly quiet at night, and there are many police stations and patrolling patrol cars, making it very safe. Recommended for those tired of the uniform, nationwide chain hotels of today.

Despite being located right in front of the Imperial Palace and just a 1-2 minute walk from Hanzomon Station, this hidden gem of a hotel is surprisingly reasonably priced. While it's highly convenient, the surrounding area is a mix of commercial districts, upscale residential areas, and embassies. There are many police officers on guard duty, so it's safe and surprisingly quiet. What's particularly noteworthy is the excellent value for money. The facilities themselves are nothing new, but given the location and quality, I think the reasonable price is excellent. I think this hotel would be an excellent choice, especially for those who primarily use the subway rather than JR for transportation, or for those who want to stay for multiple nights on a budget.
