This is an old hotel, and we've stayed here almost every time because we always book connecting rooms for the kids. But this time, it was unbearable. It's an old hotel that doesn't seem to care about renovations, only repairs. As a result, everything is outdated. Even the TV is very old, with a line down the middle of the screen, and they just let it break down like that, probably thinking guests can still use it. We checked in late, and instead of resting, we had to wait almost two hours for the air conditioner to be fixed. We eventually had to move rooms. Even though they upgraded us to a room with an extra bed for three people, it wasn't worth the wasted rest time. We're done with this hotel. It's a shame about the management. P.S. In the past, it was almost impossible to book a room during New Year's. This time, we booked very close to the date and there were still rooms available, which surprised us. We wondered why the hotel wasn't busy. After staying here, we finally understood the reason.

We initially booked the hotel for three nights, but after the first or second night, we decided to extend our stay and booked an additional four nights. We really liked the hotel. It was clean, and the beds were comfortable. The staff were also nice and friendly. We felt that the hotel had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing holiday:comfortable beds, very good water pressure and temperature (although we noticed a slight smell in the water), a gym, massage parlor, restaurant, and ample parking space if you have a car. The restaurant food was good overall, although we had an issue on our last day when the waiter served us the wrong dish. Despite that, the food was still good and we enjoyed dining there. The pool was clean and clearly well maintained. The only downside was that there were only two sunbeds, but this wasn’t really a problem since almost no one used the pool during our stay. The gym was nice and well equipped with good machines and weights. The massage service was also very good and reasonably priced, and you even have the option to enjoy a relaxing massage in your room. Parking was easy, and we never had trouble finding a space. The Wi-Fi in the room, however, was not very good, so we had to rely on our phone data for internet access. The hotel is also within walking distance of central Surat Thani, with local restaurants, a barber shop, and a 7-Eleven nearby. Overall, the hotel was good, clean, and well maintained. We had a very comfortable stay and would definitely come back if we visit Surat Thani again.

Perfectly nice and friendly hotel, very professional. I like the pool and gym alot. The restaurant is good for room service but ordering inside the restaurant can be problematic if you dont speak Thai.
