Good evening, Very disappointed with my stay. For €250 a night in Alassio, I wasn't expecting a room directly overlooking the railway and the road: it's extremely noisy and impossible to rest. I'm part of a family of luxury hoteliers, and I'm surprised by the level of service offered here. So I requested an immediate room change, for a quieter solution at no extra charge. The receptionist's response was less than courteous: "We can't move the road"... so no solution found. Honestly, you can find much better options at lower prices in the area—don't be fooled, at this price it's a real rip-off.

Hotel NOT DISABLED-FRIENDLY. Too many architectural barriers: a wheelchair barely fits in the elevator and not at all through the bathroom door. There are only steps to access the various facilities, no wheelchair ramp. Lunch service is too slow. Despite the young, friendly, and qualified staff, it certainly doesn't meet the standards of a 4-star hotel.

I'll only talk about the restaurant since there was no more room at the hotel. Beautiful location, beautiful terrace, but if you're vegan, avoid it. The staff, seemingly eager to please, encourages you to stay out of pure politeness, but unfortunately, the rest doesn't follow. Starter: beautifully presented quinoa, but unfortunately no flavor and a tiny portion. Then risotto from which you have all animal products removed, resulting in a rice soup with zucchini sauce, apparently, bland. Only the dessert, lemon sorbet, was appreciated, but no better than elsewhere. All for €121 for two people. Fish and other animal products are removed from your plate, but the price of the main course remains the same. If you're concerned about not feeding on animal agony, choose a simple restaurant among the many on the Alassio seafront. You'll eat good pasta with tomato and basil, a lemon sorbet, and the bill will be halved.
