Old and tired hotel + Réception working 24/7 +Nice old men at the reception , friendly and trying to help + cleaning every day - The room - Old , dusty , cigarette smell , old carpet on the floor, no hangers in the wardrobe, mattress thin and not really comfy. You hear real well your neighbor using bathroom ….No interdiction of smoking. - the bathroom- smell from canalization , dirt and mushrooms on the joints of the shower cabin , the shower curtain is simply so old and washed so many times that is not water proof , shower cabin leaking , tiles on the floor cracked

We stayed at the Diplomat Hotel in Tbilisi and were very pleased! I'd like to especially mention the receptionist, Toro—he's a wonderful person who was always ready to help. He was understanding of our problems and tried to resolve them as quickly and compassionately as possible. He was very friendly, open, and communicative—he didn't just do his job, but truly showed human concern. He was so caring that he even offered to help us with money when we didn't have any cash. Thank you so much for such a warm welcome! Thanks to people like him, your stay becomes truly comfortable and memorable. I recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Tbilisi.

A very bad hotel and the staff are garbage. May God protect you. You pay money and go to them as if you are begging. The treatment is very bad, beyond what you can imagine. The reception staff are swindlers and have no manners in a way you cannot imagine.
