Very pleasant ladies greeted me with prescriptions. The room was clean and tidy. The location is also very good, with a McDonald's nearby, a metro station, and buses within walking distance. Wonderful place.

I booked a single room for 3 nights with free cancelation policy up to 2 day prior to arrival. Unfortunately, only a few hours before my departure to Paris, my flight was canceled due to the closure of the Israeli airspace. As this is a force majeure issue, I hoped the cancelation fee for my reservation would be waived. I wrote the hotel first thing in the morning, a daly anda half before check-in, and only received a bot reply that my case doesn't meet the cancelation policy. I know they are not obliged to waive the cancelation fee, but I'm writing as I sit in a bomb shelter and it's been a few hours like that already, wishing I was in Paris.

A terrible experience. We had to do a late check out and the hotel manager forcibly entered our room to kick us out and she stayed inside the room supervising us as we were collecting our staff, violating our privacy and behaving like police. Although we apologized for the late check out she insisted we had to pay 50e fees or to tip the cleaning staff for the delay. We gladly tipped 20e to the cleaning staff, respecting the potential inconvenience caused by the late check out in front of the hotel's clerk who came to witness the tipping! Despite that and although it is clearly mentioned in the accommodation's amenities that they provide luggage storage they denied us this option and forced us search under the rain for a luggage storage and pay extra 20euros. The hotel manager who clearly acted unprofessioanlly and aggressively continues harassing us through messages in Airbnb, through which we booked the room by saying that she should have called the police (!) and requests one time 30e more and in another message she sent 50e more. Not to mention that she really ruined our last day in Paris and she caused us a real distress. The room itself is super tiny, like a boat cabin, the heating system doesn't work properly, too noisy and not really warming up the space, the hair dryer was broken and the walls were dirty. Extremely aggressive and unprofessional staff. AVOID THIS HOTEL.
