We researched the thermal baths in this area extensively and went to the hotel with the best reviews, which was also the most expensive. They said you'll get the service you pay for. They gave us a room with a bathtub on the top floor, saying the thermal water would come to our room, but unfortunately, it wasn't working during the times they said. I had requested a room close to the common areas, but they gave us the furthest room on the top floor. In short, we didn't get the service we paid for. The pillows were extremely uncomfortable. The food was excellent, the complimentary tea was filling like lunch, the outdoor thermal pool was nice, but I wish the pool in the middle of the hotel had remained a decorative pool, it was freezing cold. The indoor thermal pool was also freezing cold. Someone wrote that the staff were friendly, but I was sitting by the pool in cardboard cups sipping coffee, and I had left my earring next to it. A staff member came angrily, said drinking coffee was forbidden, threw my earring into the coffee, then noticed, took it out, and apologized. Unfortunately, that attitude was very bad; they could have explained the prohibition politely. 🙃 We stayed for one night. As soon as we arrived, we went to the staff member to get a massage, but they said it was fully booked, so we said we had no chance. The bathrobes are only given once, and we walked around in wet bathrobes for two days. So, what I'm saying is that it would be great if a hotel that's so popular in the area addressed these negative aspects. Would I choose this hotel again? No.

The hotel's kitchen staff and all the waiters were extremely polite and respectful. They went above and beyond to provide us with the best service. Thank you so much. These stars are well-deserved...

My daughter and I came here and we were extremely pleased. The rooms and pools were very clean and well-maintained. The food was excellent in terms of variety and taste. Ibrahim Bey, Ceren Hanım, and Yiğit Bey at the pool bar were particularly efficient and very friendly. I can't wait to stay again. Many thanks to everyone involved. I definitely recommend it.
