We had stayed in 1 bedroom hall with kitchen apartment (double sharing) executice suite for 8 days during peak vacation of Christmas So we were charged double in name of surcharge around 870 aed per night Our room was good and spacious for 2 adult and 2 children, thr is no separate shower room they have fixed shower above a bath tub which is a bit inconvenient while taking shower We did observe 10 to 12 people arguing with receptionist about smell in thr rooms but we did not have this issue Breakfast is a bit sad only south Indian menu but u do have non veg options via noon and keeto food delivery services which directly deliver at your room Washing machine was new but the hotel doesn't allow to dry clothes in balcony saying the municipality will fine the guest, so reason of giving Washing machine in room is unclear if you can't dry clothes in designated clothes drying stand provided Parking outside the hotel is a big problem since its near a junction signal so u need to ask the driver to pick or drop little far from location

We stayed at the property for 16 days, and overall it was a pleasant and comfortable experience. The room was spacious, well-maintained, and clean throughout our stay. The location is convenient, providing easy access to nearby facilities, and the breakfast offered was satisfactory with a decent variety. However, there are a few areas that require improvement. The television set and bathroom water taps need to upgrade. Additionally, the water supply need attention, as I experienced water supply issues on approximately four to five occasions while bathing. Pick-up and drop-off arrangements could be improved for better guest convenience. Overall, it was a good stay, and with these improvements, the experience could be significantly enhanced.
