An exceptional surprise! The photos are misleading; the property is much more beautiful than it appears. The kitchen is perfect and surprises everyone. The fireplace in the bedroom in the evening is the icing on the cake. A huge thank you!

Absolutely avoid this place, even if it's free. I used to stay at this hotel and have recommended it to several people, but this last visit was a nightmare. The establishment has literally collapsed in terms of quality. Two full days without hot water, so no shower; an infernal, dripping noise like a urinal behind the room, making it impossible to sleep; and power cuts every twenty minutes—yes, every twenty minutes. You end up counting down the minutes until the next outage. To top it all off, the maintenance staff entered the bathroom to repair it, leaving traces of mud behind, as if hygiene were an optional concept. A nauseating sewage smell constantly pervades the toilet, and the hotel is so poorly insulated that you'd think you were sleeping in the middle of a corridor. They advertise a spa and pool? The spa is closed, and the pool, lacking sunbeds, is unusable. The rooms are freezing cold, and whether you report it or not, there's no response. And the icing on the cake: no compensation whatsoever. Just because the reservation was made through an agency, they practically expected me to apologize for being a customer. A disgrace. A disastrous stay. A waste of time and money. If you value your sleep, your comfort, and your dignity: avoid this hotel. Walk right past it without a second thought. However, I would like to thank Ms. Kenza for her kind welcome, which, despite all these inconveniences, was very pleasant.
