I stayed at this hotel for about three weeks during the Olympics, and my experience was very positive. My room, located on the fourth floor, was welcoming, spacious, and modern, very bright, and equipped with all the comforts for a long stay. The rooms were well-maintained and clean. The adjustable lighting, brighter or softer depending on the time of day, made my stay even more pleasant and relaxing. The bed was comfortable, the desk was spacious, and the refrigerator was adequately sized. There was also a spacious walk-in shower with a glass wall. Another strong point is definitely the owners, Luciano and Giusy, who were kind, smiling, and always available. The location is convenient, well-connected, and close enough to the main attractions, making it easy to get around without difficulty. A 15-20 minute walk takes you to the city center. The lake view from the front of the hotel is wonderful. I recommend this hotel to anyone looking for reliable and pleasant accommodations.

Strategic location, overlooking the stunning lake. The owners are exceptionally kind and helpful, offering tips and anecdotes about local attractions and hidden gems worth visiting in the surrounding area. I stayed for two weeks and can't say enough good things about this hotel. As for amenities, the bus stop is just steps away, connecting Pescarenico directly to the town center and train station. There are also numerous bars, restaurants, and supermarkets in the area.

Unfortunately, I can't say enough good things. The hotel is old and in need of a complete renovation. The rooms are small, still with carpets that are obviously stained due to age and improper cleaning. It's best not to go near the breakfast buffet; the products remain on the table all day, covered with a paper towel. In my case, the bathroom didn't have a bidet, and more importantly, the shower was full of hair. The most incredible thing was checking in: when I arrived at the hotel, I noticed that all the lights were off and there was no one there except a cat meowing desperately. On the counter, there was a phone and a sign with a number to call. A woman answered and told me she was out at the moment, but to get the key and come into the room... I went behind the counter and got the keys myself. The hotel's good thing was its location right on the lake; everything else needs to be reconsidered.
