Overrated hotel. Adequate but rather expensive for facilities and quality of the room. Cooked breakfast very average. Poor coffee. Affable staff.

We've just had 3 nights at the Dorian hotel and a lovely stay it was. The staff are very accommodating and nothing was to much trouble. I'd already let them know that I was disabled in advance and would require some assistance. They arranged for me to have ground floor room and I was able to park my car very close. The room was a spacious and the bed was a super king-size with a very comfortable mattress. The room had an African theme to it however it did look tired and dated. Cleanliness was an issue and there was quite a bit of dust around. The ensuite bathroom was clean but dated. I was quite surprised at how much road noise there was at different times of the day. The service at breakfast time was fantastic and very accommodating. The breakfast that was served was of the highest quality and taste, beautiful sausages and bacon. One morning I had eggs benediction it was cooked beautifully.

This is a great place to stay if visiting Bath. The place is very clean and tidy both generally and the room was great plenty of room . Breakfast is great ! Good value for money . My only my advice is get a bus back , the hill up to the B&B is steep - Great once your there .
