My husband and I have been repeat guests of this hotel for about 4-5 years, especially every Ramadhan because we do business in Anjung Syawal. Throughout Ramadhan we will check in almost every week. In fact, last week alone we booked 4 rooms at this hotel. Our stay on March 6–8, 2026 (3D2N), we were quite disappointed with the service of the staff at the lobby who seemed less than friendly. When we asked about late check-out, the staff answered with a less than pleasant face even though my husband agreed to follow the procedure and fill out the requested form. We were given room 202 and the room was in good condition. However, throughout our stay there was noise like cleaning work from the room above day and night. My child had a fever. The noise caused me to not be able to sleep. I have informed the lobby about this. The purpose of writing this review is not to prolong the issue, but to hope that the hotel can pay more attention to repeat guests. If the room is problematic, please do not give it to us who have paid thousands of ringgit. Thank you.

Buka puasa buffet provide numbers of choices. There are singing group as well. Food was good. But parking a bit difficult as this hotel are near with the Putrajaya's Ramadan bazaar.
