Don't know how to start but this can never be 5 stars hotel the maximum is 3 for their service ....... Started with the check-in experience which was not bad but took forever and toll the ultra package to make the most of my stay .... The room was fine though it was the last stop of the hotel but ok however the toilet had water leakage !!!! and they send a guy for maintenance defiantly had to wait and waste time .... Second part the receptionists which were the worst in info and gave me wrong info about the available restaurant and timing made me again waste my time going to wrong ones !!!!! Later again found out there was an issue with the lights in the room and they told me they will send another person to check that was 3 am is that even logic !!!!!!!!!!!! Next day .... again wrong info from the receptionist for the location and again wasted time !!!! by 2 pm got a call for my complaint earlier about the light which was was closed as we were 2 min away from the reception so its better to discuss face to face ... surprisingly the person who spoke with us left for lunch though he/she knows we were 2 min away and confirmed to wait !!!! That's very rude !!!!!!!!!!!! Then again useless discussions for no reason i mean i didn't ask that call back or change the room ... they who came out with this and called us with the offer so its more rude and useless since we wasted 1 hr in that horrible discussion !!!!!!! surprise that 1 hr we planned to had lunch and by the time we finished the discussion we came to know the lunch was over !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They managed to extend but it was again another bad experience as the place wasn't even ready for anything like that and workers around setting the place or an event or something like that Over all its horrible service as team however the place/location was fine and just fine can't say it was good even

Myself and my wife are just back home having spent 17days there.we were there this time last year aswell. We cant speak highly enough of this resort. We were ultra all inclusive which i wld highly recommend the restaurants and food are on a different level totally amazing food and the service wow the waiters waitress's and managers couldnt do enough for us. I spoke to the operations manager and some of the other mangers in the hotel to thank them for the service we recevied for all your staff. 1 wld especially like to mention juluias for the buffet restaurant he is a credit to ur hotel like all ur staff xavier sachita for beach bar sheila who cleanend our room every 2305 as i said we cant thank yous enough for the best holiday we hav ever had definetly be back next year stevie & elaine.
