If you’re planning a visit to Almaty, Kazakhstan, the DoubleTree by Hilton Almaty stands out as an excellent choice for both business and leisure. The hotel enjoys a convenient position with easy access to the city’s metro, business areas and cultural attractions. On arrival, you’re greeted with the signature warm DoubleTree chocolate-chip cookie, a nice personal touch. The lobby and external appearance convey a polished, modern feel. The guest rooms are “spacious, clean and comfortable” with some offering lovely views of the Trans-Ili Alatau mountains. Thoughtfully designed with contemporary décor, tea/coffee facilities, and free WiFi. Overall: very comfortable accommodations that meet high expectations. One of the real stand-outs at this hotel is its wellness and recreational amenities: • The indoor pool and spa area receive high praise, an amazing place to relax. • The gym / fitness centre is also great. It’s well-equipped and up to international standards. If you intend to relax and recharge while in Almaty, this hotel really delivers. Dining options at the hotel bring another layer of enjoyment: the rooftop restaurant on the 11th floor is much appreciated for its ambiance and views. The staff is friendly, professional and helpful.
