High cost for the services offered. Small, neglected room with a view of the train tracks, and no breakfast (in our case). On the plus side, the location is unbeatable.

Nice hotel very close walk from the station. Small city rooms but has everything you need including kettle, lavazza coffee machine, fridge, usb points and black out blinds. The breakfast was excellent a lot of choice including options for gluten free. Fresh omelette, various types of eggs and pancakes made to order. You have the convenience of ordering via a qr code or from a member of staff to your table. Staff have obviously been well trained, most were very helpful and polite. I would have given 5 stars if we did not have an issue to begin with gluten free options for dinner. We paid up front for dinner and emailed ahead re dietary needs. Once we spoke to reception and a different member of staff in the restaurant, it was more organised. Many thanks to Eisodia. Lifts need to be repaired, a lot of the time 2 out of 4 were not working.
