The hotel is nice. Older but nicely renovated. They do miss the details that mean a lot to guest though that makeshitels stand apart from the rest.

Stayed here once before and had an amazing experience, we had to return!! Kenny is amazing and was the most helpful throughout at the front desk. Room was clean and the cookies are always the best bonus! Great location as well right by perimeter mall! Will definitely be back

From the moment I arrived, Kenny greeted me with genuine warmth and professionalism that instantly made me feel welcome. His positive attitude, patience, and willingness to help with every detail turned my stay into a truly memorable experience. Kenny went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and informed, and his friendly demeanor set the tone for the rest of my visit. It’s rare to find someone who consistently delivers exceptional customer service with such sincerity, but Kenny absolutely does. DoubleTree is fortunate to have him, and I will definitely return the next time I’m in Atlanta! Highly recommend.
