Stayed here on a work trip for two nights and the air conditioning was broken both nights with the room temp stuck at 81 degrees. They didn't even mention it the first night, then when I complained after sweating all night they said they knew and it was being fixed. They called at 10PM to see if I wanted to move rooms and I was already in bed sweating. They ended up refunding me a night but it went back to my company card so that doesn't help me in any way, sorry.

If I could go lower I would. Front desk terrible, rude people. Never experienced anything like it. I can deal with that people dont like to work. But handed me my key card and told me no AC . It was broke down and they were working on it. Well didn't work in the morning. No discount. If you like being treated rude from their employees this is the place for you!
