We stayed for a 4 night break & I don't think we could have picked a better hotel for what we needed. It was in the perfect location. The whole hotel is spotlessly clean. The only thing I was disappointed with was the pricing of the breakfast. €30 per person for a continental breakfast is far too high so we ate out every day. Apart from that it was a lovely stay!!

The friendly welcome, complete with the traditional warm cookie, ensures a positive first impression right from check-in. The rooms are modern, well-maintained, and pleasantly quiet. The comfortable beds and the overall thoughtful design, which is sure to impress even during a longer stay, are particularly noteworthy. The service is professional, attentive, and helpful – present without being intrusive. An additional plus is the well-equipped gym, which is exceptionally well-appointed for a city hotel and offers ample facilities for a serious workout. All in all, it's a harmonious package of location, comfort, and service that makes a stay in Berlin pleasantly uncomplicated.

You informed me that you would take 150 EUR as a deposit and that it would be refunded at checkout. I checked into the hotel on 1 March. However, on 2 March, 516.05 EUR was charged from my card by your hotel without any transaction made by me. I was told that this amount would also be returned to me at checkout. I checked out on 4 March. After that, I emailed you, and you told me that the transaction was not visible in your system and that I should contact my bank. I contacted my bank and also sent you my bank statements and the records of my communication with the bank. Despite this, I still have not received my money. If the amount is currently on hold, you need to release the hold from your side so the funds can return to my account.
