My wife and I stayed at this hotel from October 6, 2025, to October 12, 2025, and were generally pleased. We chose a week-long getaway with no outings. My wife's sister, who had stayed there before, recommended the hotel. The staff is generally friendly and helpful, always eager to please. The service is good, and they clearly care about your comfort. We booked a room ourselves, but only on the third try did they give us what we actually requested; the initial rooms were a bit tired. Cleaning was done regularly. The beach is mostly accessed by a pier, but there is a small sandy area. The water is clean, and swimming is pleasant. The food selection is extensive, and everything is quite tasty; we mostly ate breakfast and dinner. Now, a note for Russian tourists: a brief recap of an incident that happened to us on the first day of check-in. We were checked in at 3:00 PM. To save time, we quickly dropped our bags and went to the beach. Afterwards, we returned, rested, and went to dinner. We were out of the room for two hours on the first day, while we were at the beach, and for two hours during dinner. After dinner, we returned to the room, and I put all the valuables (money, passports) from the inside pocket of my backpack, which had a zipper, in the safe. Yes, it's my fault for not putting the valuables in the safe right when we checked into the room. The next morning after breakfast, we decided to go into town to spend some money we had brought with us. We had a budget, and I exchanged rubles for Turkish lira in Moscow. I took the money out of the safe, counted it, and found that we were exactly 5,000 lira (~10,000 rubles) short. We went to reception and started discussing the matter with the manager and the head of security. They said they would conduct an investigation and give us an answer the next day. The investigation resulted in the statement that no one had entered the room during the time intervals I had specified. I asked for proof. They showed me a screenshot of the app on their phone that scans our room key. It showed four of our entries in one day, and no other entries were recorded. They smiled sweetly and told me to look in my suitcase, and that was it. Later, I asked my colleagues at work who handle the access control system how they could have gotten into the room (there are different ways to enter a room), and why the app didn't show someone else's entry. The bottom line is: someone from reception and someone from hotel security are in cahoots, and they're outright stealing. It's designed for tourists who don't immediately put their valuables in the safe on the first day, most likely during dinner, when there are definitely no other guests in the room. A security officer removes the food from the room, and that's it, you can just go in, no need even for a key, just take whatever you want. So, they charged us almost half the money we brought with us. Keep in mind that most likely, this is either covered up by management, or management genuinely doesn't know this is happening. That's why we went to the manager to at least point out the theft, even though we knew full well we wouldn't get our money back. But now we've learned a lesson for life. So much for a 5-star hotel.

I was a guest in a deluxe room. The rooms they advertise as the best are no different from a simple hotel room. There are only eight sea-view rooms. The view is a bit dark. The food and variety are far below Hilton quality and expectations. I didn't encounter any problems with parking or valet service. The service is also below par, considering the staff. One of our guests provided excellent service, while the other... In conclusion, it was our first and last stay.

We stayed with our 3-year-old son between October 25-28, 2025. We booked with the Hilton name, knowing it was nearing the end of the season. I'd like to list both the positive and, unfortunately, the negative aspects. + The view, the sea, and the nature are magnificent. But I guess not everything can be combined. Our room was full of mosquitoes at the end of October. Because the mosquito screen was broken at the top? We spent 2.5 hours of our two nights trying to catch them. + It stands out in this area with its four tennis courts and a grass field. + The food selection is limited, but the flavors are delicious. Going hungry is out of the question. However, the dessert menu is very limited, both in terms of variety and service. For example, some people ordered cold baklava, but we couldn't have it (we weren't late for dinner, but it was sold out. So, more should be made; this is a serious problem with the planning). + The service is excellent. All the waiters, in the restaurant, snack bar, bar, and other staff, are impeccable in their service. There are two clear negatives: - NO kidsclub. There is, but there isn't. It's closed. But it's listed everywhere as Kidsclub's daily activities. It might be early winter, but it's clear people will be coming this October 29th holiday, and when I made my reservation, I saw Kidsclub hours and made my reservation accordingly. Well, no kidsclub, so there won't be any activities at all. None. - The beds and pillows are very uncomfortable. It might vary from person to person, but we didn't like it at all. - It's impossible to sit on the balcony. Even the slightest breeze blows, pine tree pieces fall onto your food and drink, and even onto your head. The food was as I expected, but other than that, unfortunately. I'm sure there are more activities in the summer, but obviously people will be there this holiday. If they can't arrange that, I think it's because not enough importance is given to it.
