Dear management, I was a guest on your premises last weekend and I would like to express how disappointed was with the service from the beginning. The room was situated at basement level which was very dull and claustrophobic. I suffer from a rheumatoid-arthritis which made it very hard and difficult to walk two floors down with the luggage's , I was literally in agony, never mind that I had to carry the luggage's back up the stairs the next day. We had no slippers nor any other necessities. Breakfast started with dirty glass and knife and forks. Fresh fruits were old and smelly , the watermelon and pineapple were off , other cut fruits were discolored and old , It was not eatable. I paid £234.00 for only using the room for les then 12 hours, which was not worth it in my opinion. Whenever I have stayed in any of the Hiltons location, I never encountered such poor and disappointing service. Staff were kind and polite. I was very unhappy and disgusted with my stay in the Hilton.
