This stay has not been pleasant. Upon arrival the heat didn’t work, but they readily gave us a space heater and a blanket, so I went ahead with the stay with it being Thanksgiving Eve it probably would have proved difficult to search for another room, they put us in a room with an outside window since there was no heat I requested an inner room overlooking the lobby area to make it where our room was insulated was then sent to another room with outside windows on the third try they got it right,so they don’t know the property layout, so did you noticed I problem solved for the clerk, so arrive with your thinking cap on.Then we went to the bar for LIT 3 of them , when the third one was made it was made incorrectly, so my son told the guy bartender it was not an LIT, he rudely told him that he’d been a bartender for years, and it was right, what he didn’t know is that my daughter is a bartender, so she knew it was whiskey and coke with a lime, the lady bartender remade the drink for us, the guy disappeared of course. We made reservation for 2 nights, they made us pay a second deposited saying that because we used points we’d have to pay a second deposit. To save yourself the aggravation book a room elsewhere. By the way they offer warm cookies with nuts, they don’t bother to tell you that it has nuts, by the way I ‘m allergic to nuts, luckily my son bit the cookie first otherwise I may have been in ER with a closed throat. Moral of the story they need to make important changes to policies and staff, being a elite member isn’t worth it skip this property or the chain all together. Not going to let this fiasco ruin my Thanksgiving. They will never get my business again, by the way was about to book a reunion of 25 rooms. NOTHANKYOU!!!!!!!!
