Location to the airport was great. Size of room was good but beds were tiny. 4yr old had a a double to herself but we had to share the other double, advertised as queen. Fortunately little one is a good sleeper, doors banging all night. Housekeeping needs a lot of work. Tucked our beds back but didn’t take old cups used for coffee etc. our toilet seat was broken so we reported it. Had a text saying maintenance were due to fix it whilst we were out. Deciding to go up after disappointing dinner in the lobby, we found our room left open. The staff behind the desk were shocked yes, but never apologised. Mentioned on repeat, this has never happened before. I was asked to go back in the morning when the manager was there. He said they investigated and maintenance never went in and tried to leave the conversation at that. Upon questioning he confirmed it would have been house keeping who left it open but didn’t seem phased by it at all. Suggested he’d go and buy a treat for the 4yr old as a sorry. It didn’t seem to hit that our room had been left open for potentially a full day. Hilton points were offered as a sorry claiming that because we booked through booking.com money could not be refunded. Again, no one really seemed bothered after hearing the news initially that our room had been left unlocked. Even weirder that we were told maintenance were going, and never did.

Service is absolutely great and everyone friendly. Airport shuttle means taking a city bus. City bus drops you off not real near the hotel entrance Rooms clean and neat, but some lamp do not work. Turning radiated heat may be foreign to travelers. All of room issues were tolerable. Biggest issue I had was the transit. You have to know which bus to take, and walk a long way to get to your hotel. This is more of a cultural issue, in the US we are used to a different type of shuttle service.
