Room was super nice and clean. The A/C worked perfectly, bathroom was spacious and clean, and hot water and water pressure was perfect. The check in was very nice and they gave us warm cookies & water. The lobby is very nice and elegant. Location is spot on as well. I would stay here again.

The rooms were decent, but there was no noise proofing. You could hear the elevators going at all hours as well as sirens. The service was sub par with exception of the Starbucks barista and the host at the restaurant. Those seemed to be the only helpful staff.
