The hotel is generally nice. The room was clean, the view wasn't breathtaking, but it was okay. Now the downsides. Aside from the reception desk, no one speaks English. You have to communicate through Google Translate. The room was very stuffy because the windows didn't open. The air conditioning was very loud, making sleep impossible. We asked for the problem to be fixed, but no one responded. We asked for water and coffee in the room three times, to no avail. We went down to the reception desk to ask for it, also to no avail. When I asked them to point out a nearby store to go and buy some, they sent us room service with water and coffee. Lunch was a buffet, with a very poor selection. However, dinner topped it all. There was no buffet. They simply brought whatever they wanted to the table. Coffee was... an additional charge. Which, considering the full-board option, was simply ridiculous. In the end, we didn't pay for the coffee. Are we talking about a one-star hotel here? NO!!! This is a Hilton hotel. Booked through Turkish Airlines for business class passengers. However, the service was a complete disaster. The bar in the room was empty. In fact, I don't know why it was even there. We didn't have the dinner buffet because, as the staff informed us, "TOO FEW GUESTS FOR A BUFFET!" There was no question about what we wanted. They served us some meatballs for dinner with a poor salad. Nothing to drink except water. That's what the Hilton is worth. 🤷‍♂️

First of all, I would like to express my gratitude to Mr. Onur, my brother, for his efforts and meticulousness in hosting us in the best possible way, making us very happy.
