Okayish experience. The staff were not welcoming and service didn't meet the expectation associated with hilton brand. Non responsiveness, no warth while talking. Would not recommend. The location is a bit far, 30 min from Canary wharf so not very convenient unless you want near aurport stay.

The hotel is very convenient for those visiting the fair, but a bit inconvenient if you want to get to the city center: the Custom House metro station is a 15-minute walk away. The room was standard and quite spacious. The staff were attentive and available to help with any needs.
