I love this hotel. I have always come here when I am in Madison, and I encourage my colleagues and friends to book here. The rooms are always very clean. The staff is polite. The cookies are warm. I wish I could give it a 6 out of 5.

Our evening flight out of Madison was canceled after 6+ hours of delays due to a snow storm, leaving us with no other option than to find accommodations for the night nearby. We chose this on a whim and arrived in an understandably sour mood. This was the oasis we needed. The premises were clean and fairly impressive for the booking price. The attendant manning the front desk at ~1AM when we arrived was cheerful, courteous, and helpful. Our room was clean and well appointed. Breakfast in the morning was good and had shockingly attentive servers. While we only stayed for a brief ~7 hours, my spouse and I were extremely pleased with our stay. If you find yourself in the area for leisure or similarly find yourself stuck in the middle of the night due to a canceled flight like we were, this is the place.
