Recently returned from a fabulous weeks holiday at the hotel. The hotel is really pleasant, our room was first class and kept that way by polite and considerate housekeeping staff. All public areas are bright and kept spotlessly clean. Both my wife and i have food allergies and special dietry needs. The staff in the Azure restaurant particularly chefs Mark Xurreb and Alan went out of their way to explain the ingredients in the meals available and even provided special deserts when the deserts generally on offer were not suitable for us. Many Thanks to all for making our holiday so memorable.
