Do not stay here this place is a terrible. Needs a boat load of repairs. Everything is patched and pieced together. Rooms are outdated. Look at the dirt in the air vents and their clearly has been a leak. You see dirt and water stains and repairs everywhere in the room. Motel 6 quality at Double Tree prices.

I was very dissatisfied with this hotel by Hilton. As a proud Hilton member Ive come to expect a quality standard that I experience at every Hilton that Ive stayed in. My family and I always choose Hilton for its quality. That was not the case at this Hilton its very old and it needs invested into or better maintained. The sofa bed in my room was broken. The carpet floors were stained and dirty. The showers are old and dont have any water pressure and as well had mold in the ceiling. Everything about the stay in my room was uncomfortable. I will never stay at this location again. When I asked the bartender for more silverware she said they didnt have enough to give me "running low". The customer service was the only saving grace. Everyone of the staff are absolutely kind and amazing. The staff here need the support of management so they dont have to deal with run down and outdated rooms. Will not be coming back here again EVER. I wish the employees the best there as I believe they are not being given the best tools to provide the best.

We paid $200 for a king suite. Toilet needed 30 minutes to fill prior to flush, shower tub had a very slow drain, $20 per person breakfast that was barely better than military field food. Would not return or recommend.
